Underwriting Intern

$15.51 / hour

Job Level: Individual Contributor

What You Will Be Doing:

This entry-level position is designed to be an introduction to the insurance industry while providing a professional work experience. The Underwriting Intern is responsible for processing requested policy changes to support Underwriters and Underwriting Associates consistent with underwriting policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

  • Above average computer and keyboarding skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Excellent work history and attendance record

  • Availability for 28-hours per week for at least one year

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
