The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans that support business objectives. This role oversees brand management, digital marketing, internal and external communications, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and engagement across all channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. 
• Manage marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing channels. 
• Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistency with brand messaging and organizational objectives. 
• Coordinate public relations efforts, including media relations, press releases, and crisis communication. 
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness and ROI. 
• Partner with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. 
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring development of skills and delivery of results. 
• Manage marketing budget allocation and optimize resource utilization for campaigns and projects.
 

Collaborate with business partners, marketing partners, and other teammates in developing and delivering all aspects of appreciation events, coordinating services and vendors, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, signage, displays, amenities, entertainment, decor, special needs requirements, communications, travel, printing, and security.
Plan all producer marketing events, including appreciation events and industry conferences by securing meeting space, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics.
Assist underwriters in marketing meeting preparation by creating production stat reports and gathering marketing materials.
Other duties as assigned in the course of business.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in marketing and communications roles with demonstrated leadership experience. 
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. 
• Experience managing budgets and leading marketing teams in a corporate or agency environment. 
• Strong exposure to digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation software.
 

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS 

• Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) is preferred. 
• Digital Marketing Certification or similar credential is advantageous. 
• No specific licensing requirements for this role.
 

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS 

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies. 
• Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
