This is a high-impact global leadership role for a strategic communicator and change leader who can help translate complexity into clarity, drive innovation and digital fluency, and build confidence through change and strengthen how colleagues understand, connect to and act on WTW’s priorities. • Lead enterprise-wide change communication for major transformation efforts, including AI, automation, operating model shifts, business integration and other strategic initiatives.
  • Design and sustain a consistent messaging platform that reflects WTW’s purpose, strategy, culture and external positioning, leveraging compelling storytelling to make complex transformation initiatives relevant and meaningful for diverse colleague audiences.
  • Lead, engage and develop the ICCM team, including team leads and broader team members, building both fundamental and emerging capabilities, clarity, accountability and an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Equip leaders and managers with the messaging, tools and coaching needed to communicate authentically and effectively through periods of change, ambiguity and business-as-usual activity.
  • Establish change management frameworks, stakeholder plans, communication cadences and feedback loops that build organizational readiness, reduce resistance and improve colleague understanding.
  • Establish and govern enterprise communication and change standards, service offerings, operating models and decision-making processes that improve consistency, scalability and business alignment across the company.
  • Champion innovative approaches to communication and change management, leveraging AI, automation, analytics and emerging technologies to enhance colleague experiences and organizational effectiveness.
  • Use data, audience insight and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness, identify trends and continuously improve ICCM programs, channels and deliverables.
  • Establish enterprise-level success measures and executive reporting that demonstrate the business impact of communication and change initiatives.
  • Lead enterprise-wide communication and change portfolio and calendar planning, partnering across functions to prioritize initiatives, bundle related efforts, reduce duplication, minimize colleague disruption and ensure enterprise capacity is used effectively.
  • Identify and implement efficiency levers – including AI, automation, resource mix and process improvements – to create capacity, reduce duplication, improve colleague experience and support measurable efficiencies and synergies.
  • Strong understanding of colleague experience, listening strategies and audience segmentation, with the ability to design communication and change approaches that improve clarity, trust, engagement and adoption across diverse colleague groups.
  • Build trusted relationships across Executive Leadership, the Office of the CEO, Investor Relations, Corporate Marketing, business segments, functions and regional teams.
  • Provide communication and change leadership during high-impact events including business disruptions, crisis situations, acquisitions, integrations and other significant organizational transitions.
