The Role
The Client Advocate (CA) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships that include leading strategy development and execution. This specific CA role will be focused on supporting our Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions-based clients which include Private Equity back Portfolio companies who are highly acquisitive and have a fast paced nature of business. The CA has ownership of the E365 Service plan, engaging expert resources and leading pricing and profitability efforts. The CA arranges WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. A Client Advocate should be the top Relationship Management colleague for accounts to which they are assigned. An CA has a strong connection to the client’s business and a fundamental understanding of its industry, thus this relationship is a business partnership with client decision makers. They are ultimately responsible for client retention, client profitability, and delivery of all outcomes for their assigned clients. The Client Advocate is responsible for maximizing revenue from existing clients. This is not a production role but the CA needs to be comfortable “upselling” the client and growing the account through exceptional client service and providing technical acumen.
