Brown & Brown is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to join our growing team in Daytona Beach, FL!
The Risk Management Analyst supports various teams in preparing policy analysis for renewal purposes and securing new business.
How You Will Contribute:
Partners and collaborates with stakeholders to assist offices with the analysis and trends of policies for renewals and new business
Develops catalog of policies for analysis, including preparing template slides and reports, to properly organize policies
Analyzes policies to identify potential risks and trends, making recommendations to stakeholders on current and prospective accounts
Schedules and participates in meetings and debriefs, including final presentations for offices
Tracks and evaluates metrics related to renewal and new business successes
Researches problematic and ideal policy forms and endorsements
Collaborates and partners with departments and profit centers; presents findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Updates templates and Excel Guides in conducting analysis, adhering to guidelines set by Communications & Branding team
Participate and graduate from PC Sales & Technical class hosted by B&B University team
Licenses & Certitications:
2-20 General Lines Insurance License (or obtained within the 1st year in the role)
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree
Expert technology skills; proficient with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Adobe
Must be curious, analytical, creative, able to problem solve, competitive, and detailed oriented
1 year of insurance experience (preferred)
