Brown & Brown is seeking a Tech Admin II to join our growing team in Lynden, WA! 

 

The Tech Admin II is responsible for receptionist operations, data entry, and general clerical duties. 

 

How You Will Contribute: 

  • Perform Reception and Tech Admin I duties as assigned 

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments  

  • Process front end scanned mail, office mail, and FRQs/Questionnaires 

  • Process suspense files 

  • Attach/distribute incoming faxes 

  • Manage-distribute incoming email  

  • Process incoming client/commission checks 

  • Distribute PL mail (including Safeco and Progressive emails) 

  • Process paper renewals, late-pays, and cancellations in agency management systems 

 

Skills & Experience to be Successful: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

  • Prior insurance or office experience preferred 

  • Working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook 

  • Ability to develop and maintain positive client and carrier relationships 

  • Working knowledge of carrier websites preferred 

  • Ability to read and interpret technical and other complex documents 

  • Highly organized, with ability to report the status of items on immediate basis 

  • Excellent prioritization skills - sense of urgency 

  • Team player with ability to take diverse directions from multiple individuals 

  • Ability to analyze coverage and forms 

Pay Range

$22.00 - $24.00 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
