Property & Casualty Senior Client Manager - Construction & Real Estate

Job Description

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced insurance professional ready to take the lead on client relationships and drive meaningful outcomes for the clients you serve? As a P&C Senior Client Manager at M3, you'll be more than a service contact — you'll be a trusted advisor, a team mentor, and a key driver of client retention and growth. You'll own the renewal process, lead client meetings, and bring your deep insurance expertise to every interaction. If you're a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences — this role was built for you.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients on their property & casualty insurance needs, providing coverage guidance, claims support, and strategic recommendations.
  • Proactively manage the full renewal cycle across all lines of business, negotiating directly with carriers to secure the best outcomes for your clients.
  • Act as a lead within your practice group by mentoring less experienced staff, sharing insurance knowledge, and championing best practices across the service team.
  • Analyze business exposure changes, review loss history, identify claims trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct client-facing meetings independently and alongside Client Executives, including employee meetings, coverage discussions, and renewal negotiations.
  • Cross-sell and round out accounts, prepare marketing submissions, and collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Introduce and support client-facing technologies, including certificate management systems, client portals, and digital renewal application software.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of insurance agency or company experience.
  • Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required or ability to obtain during onboarding period.
  • An applicable insurance designation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products, markets, and coverage forms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
  • Valid driver's license per M3's Motor Vehicle Safety policy.
