Summary
The Assistant Trust Real Estate Manager provides administrative, operational, and client service support to Huntington Private Bank's Trust Real Estate team. This role assists in the acceptance, onboarding, management, and disposition of real estate assets held in fiduciary accounts, while ensuring compliance with Huntington policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
The Assistant Trust Real Estate Manager works closely with Real Estate Asset Managers, Trust Advisors, Wealth Advisors, clients, beneficiaries, and third-party service providers to support the day-to-day administration of fiduciary managed real estate. Responsibilities include asset documentation management, invoice and income processing, coordination with vendors, insurance administration, and facilitating communications related to real estate asset operations and oversight.

Compensation Range:
Total Base Pay Range 24.00 - 44.50 USD HourlyThe compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
