Job SummaryJOB DESCRIPTION:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
Analyzes, documents requirements for and executes on deployment of new enhancements and/or configuration changes supporting automated reconciliations, account certifications, Adaptive integrations, security and report configurations.
Collaborates with management, technical staff and subject matter advisors to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoot problems, conduct root cause analysis and develop cost effective resolutions for system and data anomalies.
Ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data.
Verifies accuracy of new/changed configurations. Test changes prior to deployment as appropriate and follow the SOX process to document changes before and after deployment.
Utilizes technology to analyze data and/or metrics from applicable systems to review data processes, identify issues, and determine actions to resolve or escalate problems that require data, system or process improvements.
Performs financial data related research and root cause analysis activities, provides correction specifications, and escalates issues as appropriate.
Provides input to data architecture discussions and decisions on request.
May perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Proficiency with financial systems such as Workday, Adaptive, and Cadency.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve moderately complex situations and issues
Solid and developing understanding of Workday’s architecture and core functions such as business process configuration, security configuration, custom report building, Workday Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and different types of Workday integration systems (EIB, connector, studio)
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to work effectively among all levels of internal/external partners/customers.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic workforce.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Skillful at learning new system applications/functions.
Embraces, and readily adapts to, change.
Embraces AI capabilities
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Typically a minimum of three to five years of experience in accounting or in supporting Financial systems and financial data, as required by position.
Project management related experience a plus.
Computing skills including, but not limited to: Workday, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, MS Office Suite, SQL, Co-pilot.
One or more financial systems, insurance or functional certifications such as AIC, CPCU, Workday financials certified, or CPA helpful but not required.

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $54,000 to $103,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
