The Corporate Actuarial team is seeking an energetic individual to help drive the transformation of SCOR’s actuarial modeling processes, capabilities and analytics.
This includes model development and maintenance, process improvement, updating key actuarial assumptions and special projects.
This role is project based and will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of different teams including Experience Analysis, Legal, Inforce Optimization, Finance, Pricing and more. You will be required to work with stakeholders to define business requirements, update model capabilities as needed and interpret and present results. For example, during the annual assumption update process, you will work with Experience Analysis to set and define model assumptions, build and test new capabilities in the model as needed, and perform runs to quantify impacts of changes. These financial impacts are then presented to senior management.
You will also add value by continuously improving our end-to-end modeling processes and capabilities, with a key focus on the surrounding input and output processes of the model. In doing so, you will help the team achieve its goals around refining the way we transform our Prophet model results into insightful analysis and transform the way we produce model input data.
