CRC Group is seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Risk Solutions Analyst to support the development, evaluation, and execution of innovative insurance and reinsurance structures across CRC Group. The Analyst will build and maintain financial models, evaluate underwriting portfolio performance, and support the assessment of reinsurance, proprietary capacity, and alternative capital solutions. The role will help CRC Group evaluate structures such as sidecars, quota share facilities, whole-account arrangements, portfolio risk-sharing programs, and strategic reinsurance partnerships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Professional Development
The Analyst demonstrates measurable growth in knowledge of property and casualty insurance economics, reinsurance structures, portfolio analysis, and alternative capital solutions during the first 12 to 18 months.
The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000.
