You'll gain valuable insight from experienced professionals across property and casualty insurance, including underwriting, claims, operations, and product management. This unique learning experience is designed to help you build a strong foundation and launch a successful career in the insurance industry.
During the seven-week Underwriter Development Program, you’ll develop the fundamental skills and knowledge required of a commercial insurance underwriter while working closely with experienced underwriters, managers and business leaders. Through structured training, real-world experience and ongoing mentorship, you'll strengthen your technical, analytical and leadership skills while gaining exposure to a variety of specialty insurance products and business risks.
A strong commitment to learning and professional growth is essential, as you’ll continually expand their industry knowledge and adapt to the evolving insurance marketplace.
The program starts in January 2027 and is based in our downtown Cincinnati, OH headquarters.
