The North America Construction Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is a client-facing role responsible for delivering high-quality service, supporting insurance program execution, and contributing to overall client relationship management. Works in close partnership with a Client Advocate (CA) or more senior account lead and an assigned Client Specialist. Leads day-to-day client engagement, renewal execution, and service coordination.
