The Business

Create your future.  Operating in the global marketplace means multinational companies face a variety of different business, cultural, language and regulatory environments. Our Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) business is a team of international and regional consultants who help these companies navigate the challenges of multi-country or multi-line-of-business complexity. In particular, we help large organizations develop complex solutions, often global/cross-border for the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their benefit and compensation programs around the world in a manner that meets the needs of both local and headquarter management. In doing so, we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.
