Responsibilities

We're looking for an Office Manager to serve as the heart of our Hamilton, NJ office, supporting day-to-day operations while partnering closely with senior leadership.

 

In this highly visible role, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience, office environment, and executive support functions. No two days are the same. From coordinating office operations and employee events to supporting leadership with travel and administrative needs, you'll play a vital role in helping our team succeed.

 

This role will be based in our Hamilton, NJ office.  We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

We'll count on you to:


Keep Our Office Running Smoothly

    • Manage office and kitchen supply inventory to ensure the workplace is fully stocked and organized
    • Coordinate office furniture, equipment, and space needs
    • Arrange repairs and maintenance for office equipment, including copiers and coffee machines
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, building management, shipping providers, and service partners

Track and monitor office-related expenses

    • Maintain file storage areas and oversee document shredding processes
    • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as needed

Provide Executive & Administrative Support

    • Support the New Jersey office leadership team and senior executives with administrative needs
    • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and presentations
    • Arrange catering and logistics for meetings and company events
    • Professionally answer and direct incoming phone calls
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
    • Welcome visitors and maintain visitor registration and badge processes

Drive Employee Experience & HR Initiatives

    • Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation, office tours, and employee programs
    • Coordinate employee recognition activities and company events
    • Support senior leadership with travel arrangements and expense management
    • Participate in office safety initiatives and committees
    • Contribute to additional projects that enhance the employee experience

Qualifications

 

What you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar administrative support role
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and work independently
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include:
• Base Salary Range: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
• Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
