We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Select Account Manager to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to small business clients, delivering consultative guidance and best in class service. You will collaborate closely with our specialty practices and producers in a high-volume environment to ensure seamless account management and exceptional client support. This position also includes serving as a mentor to Assistant Select Specialists and supporting their growth and success. This is a hybrid role and will require 1–3 days per week in our Boston, MA; Worcester, MA; Guilford, CT; or Glastonbury, CT office.
