The Regional Select Leader serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure consistent and effective delivery of products and services. This role provides strategic direction and day-to-day leadership to the Select team, ensuring client satisfaction through the successful execution of Risk Strategies’ deliverables. The RSL drives the adoption of company’s best practices, coordinates cross functional services, and mentors team members to support professional growth, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. This is a hybrid role and will require 1–3 days per week in our Boston, MA; Worcester, MA; Guilford, CT; or Glastonbury, CT office.
