Description
Provides assistance to employee end users including: maintaining and troubleshooting a range of user problems including PC hardware/software/LAN. Diagnosing problem source through discussions with users and coordinating with internal organization support and operations groups and/or with vendors to resolve problems. Monitors project status from start to completion. Acts as the lead for more junior technology support employees. Coordinates the purchase of selected vendor hardware and software. May begin to provide executive level support. May support and/or run special projects regarding broader initiatives within technology at Liberty Mutual. Responsibilities Provides customer-facing support within a business office for all aspects of end user computing and network-based PC/workstation systems software and hardware including VPN, remote access, Microsoft O365, Teams, Zoom and Conference Room AV.
