In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for the adjudication of l ife, terminal illness, long-term care, and waiver of premium claims, ensuring an efficient and accurate claims process. Your Impact: Apply knowledge of various insurance carriers’ standards and guidelines when processing claims. Print, prepare, and send requests for claims forms, medical records, and other correspondence. Accurately enter new claims into the claims database. Monitor the progress of open claims, performing timely follow-ups on outstanding documents. Carefully review documents to confirm completeness and distinguish between original and copy submissions.
