The Policy Service Processor answers payroll questions and resolves problems initiated by insureds via telephone and mail. Most questions concern payroll changes and billing which may require research or referral to resolve. Your Impact: Verifies eligibility for payroll deduction program. Administers payroll deduction billing for assigned clients and products in accordance with company policy and procedure on a computerized system. Audits client reports to identify payroll deduction discrepancies, e.g., missing deductions or changes in deduction amount; researches and resolves discrepancies.
