- The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Commercial Surety is responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic agency relationships, market development, and team leadership. With growth, the AVP will build a team of underwriters, ensuring consistent execution of underwriting standards, risk assessment, and service excellence.
