We’re assisting a colleague on an Employee Benefits Client Manager based in Austin, TX. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for an existing book of business (~18 clients, mostly in the 100-500 lives range, up to 1500 lives), supporting a service lead. Day to day includes managing renewals, coordinating enrollments, advising on plan design, and presenting at client and open enrollment meetings.   Here's what we're looking for:   2+ years of account management experience in employee benefits Broker-side background preferred, though strong carrier-side candidates with real client-facing experience are welcome Self-funded experience is a major plus but not a requirement, as long as they have strong client management skills Someone who can step in and contribute right away Hybrid in Austin, TX
