POSITION OVERVIEW The Operations Analyst supports the Optimization & Transformation team by conducting operational analyses, documenting processes, gathering requirements, and assisting with improvement initiatives across SPG’s portfolio companies. Working closely with Senior Operations Consultants and cross-functional teams, this role analyzes business processes, identifies inefficiencies, and supports the implementation of optimization projects. This role provides broad exposure to operations across Underwriting, Sales, Claims, and business operations—offering a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end insurance workflows.
