Overview We are seeking a Senior Operations Consultant to join our Optimization and Transformation team. This role drives operational excellence by partnering with Operations, Underwriting, Sales, and Claims teams to discover, analyze, and transform business processes across the organization. You will conduct discovery sessions to understand end-to-end operations, design future-state operating models, and support strategic initiatives including platform migrations, automation implementations, and operating models, including consolidating multiple groups into unified operations with standardized workflows. Beyond project-based work, you will serve as an ongoing business process partner to field teams, providing continuous support for process innovation and problem-solving.
