Job Summary We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to proactively investigate and directly handle  lawyers’ and accountant’s professional liability claims.   What you will do: Directly handle, manage and/or oversee primary and excess first-party cyber and third-party privacy and network security liability claims. This position may also handle technology E&O and media liability claims.  Provide top-notch customer service through all interactions and communications including with internal and external customers and business partners. Work collaboratively with internal and external business partners, including underwriters, actuaries, brokers, insureds, counsel, and senior management. Use your negotiation skills at mediations and settlement conferences. Identify and communicate industry trends. Duties and Responsibilities: Directly handle, manage and/or oversee  financial lines plastic card fraud and theft claims; and employment practices liability claims.  Handle claims in accordance with Claim Handling Best Practices in all phases of the claim including through initial contact, investigation of the claim, evaluation the claim for coverage and reserving for exposure, and in the resolution and documentation of claims.  Provide top-notch customer service through all interactions and communications including with internal and external customers and business partners.  Review and evaluation of policies to determine coverage.  Resolve coverage-related matters working collaboratively with outside counsel when necessary.
