The Process Improvement Analyst III is responsible for leveraging underwriting process knowledge to create, update, and maintain written policies and procedures that align with the vision and strategies of the department and Group Profit Center. They partner with appropriate business areas to collect and analyze data and provide recommendations that improve workflows and drive efficiency.
