The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key member of Guardian's Contract & Compliance Technology (CCT) team, responsible for implementing approved product, regulatory, and contract changes within Guardian's document generation and policy issuance ecosystem. This role partners closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Actuarial, Operations, and Technology teams to analyze new and revised contract language, identify impacts to existing document templates and business rules, and ensure accurate implementation across multiple policy administration and document output platforms.
