About the role The Life/Health Release Train Engineer (RTE) serves as a servant leader and coach responsible for the successful execution of an Agile Release Train (ART) within COUNTRY Financial’s SAFe‑based Value Delivery Framework. This role facilitates and coordinates key ART events, including PI Planning, ART Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt, ensuring alignment to enterprise cadence, governance, and strategic objectives.
