Description This is a Boston based position with a hybrid schedule, coming into the office two days per week. Summary Join the team behind Liberty Mutual’s state-of-the-art video production studio and post-production environment. We’re looking for a hands-on post-production systems engineer who’s passionate about keeping video workflows running smoothly – building, supporting, and evolving end-to-end pipelines, shared storage, and the tools that power everything from rough cuts to finished deliverables – while also jumping in to edit and deliver video content. In this role, you’ll be rapidly diagnosing and resolving issues across storage, networks, NLE systems, and ingest/playback (I/O) hardware, while also driving continuous improvement through monitoring, capacity planning, system upgrades, documentation, and training.
