About the role: The Vice President, Head of Actuarial Reserving is responsible for the design, governance, and execution of the company’s loss reserving framework. This role serves as the statutory Appointed Actuary, providing independent actuarial opinions on reserves and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position partners closely with Finance, Claims, Product, and Risk to deliver high-quality reserve insights that inform financial reporting and strategic decision-making. What you'll do: Reserving & Financial Reporting Lead the quarterly and annual reserve review process across all lines of business. Develop and maintain actuarial methodologies appropriate to the company’s risk profile.
