Description   The Property & Specialty UW Effectiveness team  is looking for a team member who will play an active role in helping to deliver underwriting solutions to enable profitable growth. As part of the Operational Excellence Team , this role will focus on defining and managing our "human in the loop" UW strategy across brands for our Specialty products through data supported analysis and project management.
