The Associate Client Manager is responsible for day-to-day servicing of Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) clients through proficient customer service by adhering to the following duties: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist team with clients and insurance companies; apply knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all clients. Handle project enrollment requests. Update Excel billing reports with enrollment information. Process billings in a timely manner.
