This position helps business units identify requirements, develop sourcing approaches, conduct competitive bidding, evaluate suppliers, support contract review, and coordinate award and supplier onboarding activities. This position handles more complex negotiations, supplier strategy and cross-functional initiatives. The role is expected to operate within Mercury procurement policies, governance standards, and approved workflows while helping improve value, service, compliance, and cycle time across indirect spend categories.
