This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Philly Metro Region.  The Benefits Technology Analyst is critical to the success of the ongoing support and annual renewal of CSG’s Employer and Participant Support Service offerings.  This role works closely with the Client Engagement Manager (CEM) to understand the requirements and to execute the deliverables within the designated timeframe.  They are responsible for system setup/configuration, ongoing maintenance, testing and reporting for all Client Solutions related to Employer and Participant Support.
