Description The Associate - Leveraged Finance Execution, is responsible for providing underwriting and execution support to senior deal team members on leveraged finance transactions pertaining to M&A, LBOs, recapitalization, etc. The Associate may also serve as a lead on select transactions under guidance from the Vice President, Associate Director, Director and/or Managing Director. Additionally, the Associate is responsible for training, managing, and monitoring work product of Analysts.
