Financial Solutions is a growing and highly strategic area at SCOR that supports our clients and their goals. This role plays an important part by driving key aspects of the pricing of Fin Sol deals. Someone in this role is knowledgeable about the use of reinsurance to solve client problems, has deep product knowledge of various products, including term and permanent products (e.g., ULSG, IUL, VUL, etc.), and has past experience developing and/or pricing these types of products from first principles. The Associate Actuary – Pricing is responsible for supporting the timely completion of the pricing process according to SCOR methods and key controls for all assigned deals.  Key transactional processes include assumption development, actuarial model development, model runs and sensitivities, the generation of clear and thorough supporting documentation, and performing peer reviews.
