Position Summary The Senior Manager of SEC Reporting will be a core member of our Controllership team and is responsible for leading the preparation and filing of SEC reports while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements. This role serves as a subject matter expert on complex reporting issues and equity-based compensation. This position will lead the SEC Reporting team, report to the SVP, Assistant Controller, and partner closely with the Controllership Accounting and Reporting team.
