Position Summary The Client Support Associate is responsible for clients who are using our digital platform by addressing inquiries and guiding them through policy-related matters throughout the policy lifecycle. This role resolves customer concern promptly, gathers feedback, and collaborates with internal teams. This position will work with production teams, back-office teams, and external customers.
