- The HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle by providing administrative and operational assistance across Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. This role is responsible for coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining accurate employee and candidate data in Workday, supporting compliance and reporting requirements, and delivering positive candidate and new hire experience while ensuring HR processes run efficiently and accurately. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: Support the HR and Talent Acquisition teams with administrative duties. Create new job requisitions in Workday. Preparing for job posting. Schedule HR phone screens and interviews as requested. Greet and assist interviewees who come for onsite interviews as needed. Initiate and review new hire background checks. Review onboarding tasks in Workday. Submit tasks for hiring manager actions. Submit new hire IT ticket requests....
