- Our Procurement Analyst will p artner with business stakeholders, suppliers, Legal, Finance, IT and Risk Management to support the Organization’s procurement strategy and lifecycle management processes.  Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: •    Coordinate contract review workflows with Legal, IT Risk, and Business stakeholders. •    Collaboration vendor agreements with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure terms comply with company policies and regulations. •    Maintain procurement and supplier records in approved systems. •    Monitor adherence to procurement policies and approval requirements. •    Maintain sourcing and contract documentation for regulatory and internal audit purposes. •    Partner with legal to ensure timely updates of regulatory requirements in vendor contracts. •    Manage all renewals and contract amendments throughout the lifecycle of each vendor relationship. •    Assist in developing comprehensive reports and dashboards...
