- A Claims Assistant is needed to provide support to the Excess Casualty claims staff and to perform other office tasks as needs dictate. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables: Send claim acknowledgement and closure letters. Support and report to Litigation Management keeping Trial/Mediation log and Policy Limit /Time Demand log current.
