Description The Director of Tax will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all tax-related activities within Huntington Community Impact Capital ("CIC"). This individual will lead the tax function supporting CIC's investment portfolio, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Historic Tax Credits (HTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), and other tax-advantaged investments. The Director will oversee tax compliance, tax credit forecasting, tax planning, and tax-related risk management while serving as a trusted advisor to CIC senior management.
