The Director of Asset Management will oversee a team of asset managers responsible for a portfolio of tax credit investments and community development loans.  Director must have prior experience closing or managing various tax credit investments with a high level of focus on LIHTC.  The ideal candidate will also have prior experience managing LIHTC loan portfolios.
