Description The Huntington Community Impact Capital (“CIC”) Senior Tax Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert supporting the tax compliance, reporting, and tax credit strategy functions of CIC’s investment portfolio. The Senior Tax Analyst will lead the review and analysis of partnership tax returns, coordinate tax compliance activities across direct, proprietary, and multi-investor funds, and provide technical guidance related to low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), historic tax credits (HTC), New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC), and other tax credit investments. The role will work closely with Huntington’s Tax, Finance, and Accounting teams to optimize tax credit utilization and ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
