Overview The Operations Manager, Accounts Receivable Collections position will oversee a team of eight or more employees responsible for clearing aged receivables through research, analysis, payment application, audit resolution, and third-party vendor management. This position will lead the overall day to day collection process including data analytics/KPI’s, reporting, escalations, and collaboration with the team as well as other internal departments to increase process efficiencies.
