Overview The Business Generation Consultant Lead (BGCL) plays a strategic role within the AmTrust sales organization by driving new business growth and optimizing submission follow-through. This position requires a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external agents/brokers. The BGCL will serve as a subject matter expert in AmTrust product lines, sales processes, lead generation strategies, and agent engagement best practices.
