Role Overview As a Client Relations Agent you will build customer relationships for TMHCC. This position adds value to the client experience for new business acquisition and renewal business retention. Primary responsibilities include guiding new and existing customers through the surety bond application process, answering customer questions to ensure account accuracy, and closing sales for warm leads generated in-house through our website.
