Description This position will be located at Huntington Gateway Center, Columbus, Ohio. Some travel to our Easton Facility may be required. Summary: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Huntington Bank property, including grounds and physical facilities. Responsibilities include all aspects of maintenance, construction, remodeling, and large project assistance. Partner with internal colleagues including projects on Real Estate, Marketing, Security, etc. Provide management, oversight/liaison for vendors and contractors. Excellent communication skills, Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of building fire system operations, emergency generator systems and HVAC required. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 4:00PM or as otherwise directed by their Regional Facility Manager - On call 24/7 Emergency responder and overtime is mandatory based on business need....
