Deliver fair, timely resolutions across a diverse portfolio of property claims. Hastings Insurance is seeking a Property Claim Representative to join our Property Claim team. This role is responsible for investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving routine to moderately complex property claims across Personal, Commercial, and Farm lines. You will play a key role in delivering a strong customer experience while ensuring claim outcomes are fair, accurate, and aligned with policy and regulatory requirements. Schedule & Location: This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role is remote and territory-based, requiring residence within or relocation to West or Central Ohio, ideally within the Dayton to Columbus region.
