Description Job Summary : Coordinates the preparation of core title products for the commercial title department Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate technical mastery of the title insurance product line as well as title related products. Oversees order entry Provide mentorship, training and coaching to less experienced staff. Assists in the development and implementation of customer service standards. Clear title commitments of items that affect the ability to issue title insurance policy. Prepare title commitments and final policies Communicate with title insurance company underwriters regarding complex title related issues and obtain approval as appropriate.
